1. About AdsNest

AdsNest Agency (“AdsNest”) is an independent provider of Google Ads–related services. AdsNest is not Google and has no official affiliation with Google. Google and Google Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. Services

• Google Ads accounts managed under our manager account (MCC)
• Campaign setup, monitoring and optimization
• Ad and landing page review against policy
• Help preparing suspension appeals
• Website, landing page and CMS design

The scope, cost and timeline of each engagement are agreed in a quote or in writing.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business, products and payer
• Ensure your products, services and ads are legal and comply with Google Ads policies
• Not use our services to bypass policies, cloak landing pages or advertise prohibited industries

We may decline or stop providing services if these terms are breached.

4. No guarantees on Google’s decisions

Ad approvals, account actions and appeal outcomes are decided by Google. We commit to a sound, compliant process, but we do not guarantee approvals, that an account will never be suspended, that an appeal will succeed, or any specific sales result.

5. Payment

Fees are quoted based on your budget and chosen services and confirmed before we start. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses arising from Google’s decisions, from inaccurate information you provide, or from your breach of advertising policies. In any case, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.

7. Termination

Either party may end the service by notifying the other. Amounts incurred before termination are reconciled under our Refund policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation.
