No. Appeal support is free for clients using an AdsNest account or our campaign management. Appealing to Google is free as well.

Do you guarantee reinstatement?

No. Nobody can guarantee an appeal outcome – the final decision is Google’s. We help you find the cause, fix it and present the clearest possible case.

How long does an appeal take?

Google’s response time varies, usually from a few days to a few weeks. We prepare your materials as soon as we have the information.

Which documents do I need?

It depends on the reason: usually ID or business registration, a card photo or statement (numbers masked) and website details. We’ll send a specific list.

Can I appeal after 6 months?

Since July 21, 2026, in-account appeals aren’t available for policy decisions older than 6 months. Contact us early for advice.
